There’s been a lot of hype around non-alc beverages, with many experts predicting continuing growth in the sector. The reality however is that this often doesn't translate to sales in store. Is this due to a lack of interest from customers or, due to a relatively limited number of options for the discerning abstainer? We think it's the latter.

We have crafted an elegant non-alcoholic wine alternative precisely for the discerning abstainer using high-grade tea sourced directly from artisan producers and farmers. It's minimal intervention cold brewed tea using a unique black tea that's produced exclusively for Junco. This means no mixing in fruit, spice or any other flavours. All flavours come from the tea itself.
Why tea?
True, proper tea is interesting and complex. Factors such as region, terroir, the soil, the producer making the tea, weather or general climate of where the tea's grown, altitude of the plantation – all of these have an effect on the final product. Just like wine.
Our aim is to capture and preserve this magic in every bottle of Junco sparkling tea and have it compliment the wine experience.
