Jasmine Pearl Green Tea
The tea base uses an aromatic, Jasmine Pearl Green tea that's been traditionally scented. This involves fresh jasmine flower buds being spread over finished green tea and left overnight to let the buds bloom and the tea absorbing the jasmine fragrance. The flowers are then removed the next day and the process repeated over a few nights. The result is a balanced and aromatic Jasmine Green Tea.

The magic of cold brewing
Brewing tea is a balancing act. By adjusting the key brew parameters (leaf quantity, water temperature and steep time) you extract different compounds and elements within the tea. Over brew the tea and the tannins and bitterness can takeover, overpowering any of the more volatile aromatics in the tea.
By gently cold brewing the tea over 24 hours, we're able to extract all of the floral and aromatic qualities of the Jasmine Pearl Green tea, with just enough astringency and body to give the drink an interesting mouthfeel.
