We're in the tail end of summer now, so let's go out with a few more tasty and fun recipes to keep the summer vibes going. And yep, these are all completely alcohol free!

MANGO BLOOM
(Mango, Lime and Jasmine Pearl)

Juice of 1 lime
6 sprigs mint, leaves picked, coarsely chopped
¼ tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. (or more) honey
Jasmine Pearl sparkling tea
Sichuan peppercorns and salt (for serving)
Method
(Cherries, Thyme and Honey Orchid Red)

Method
Halve the cherries and add them to a tall glass along with thyme leaves and 1 tsp of honey. Muddle ingredients together. Fill the glass with ice and top with chilled Honey Orchid Red sparkling tea.
Pour and strain mixture into a serving glass. Garnish with a cherry and a sprig of thyme.
(Passionfruit, pineapple and Jasmine Pearl)

Method
Halve passionfruit and scoop the pulp into a tall glass. Add in the pineapple slices and squeeze in the lime juice. Clap a handful of mint leaves and add them to the glass. Muddle and mix together. Add ice and pour in the Jasmine Pearl sparkling tea. Stir.
Pour and strain mixture into a serving glass and top with more Jasmine Pearl sparkling tea as needed.

Small wedge of lemon
Thyme sprigs
Ice
Jasmine Pearl Sparkling Tea (150ml)
Method
Combine olive brine, a few thyme leaves and squeeze of lemon into a tall glass. Fill with ice and top with Jasmine Pearl sparkling tea. Stir and garnish with olives and thyme sprig.
