More Summer Drink Recipes

We're in the tail end of summer now, so let's go out with a few more tasty and fun recipes to keep the summer vibes going. And yep, these are all completely alcohol free!

MANGO BLOOM
(Mango, Lime and Jasmine Pearl)


Ingredients
1 large ripe mango, peeled, cut into pieces (approx. 225 – 285g of flesh)
Juice of 1 lime
6 sprigs mint, leaves picked, coarsely chopped
¼ tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. (or more) honey
Jasmine Pearl sparkling tea
Sichuan peppercorns and salt (for serving)


Method
Combine 1 large ripe mango, peeled, cut into pieces, 6 sprigs mint, leaves picked, coarsely chopped, and ¼ tsp. salt in a food processor and pulse until mostly smooth. Stir in 3 Tbsp. honey and fresh lime juice. Taste and adjust with more honey or lime juice as needed.

Toast some sichuan peppercorns until fragrant. Grind the peppercorns and mix with a pinch of salt. Place the salt and pepper mixture onto a small plate.

To serve, moisten the rim of your serving glass with lime juice, then dip in the salt and pepper mixture to coat the rim. Spoon 3 Tbsp. mango mixture into glass, fill with ice, and top with Jasmine Pearl sparkling tea. Stir and garnish with a sprig of mint.

CHERRY BOMB
(Cherries, Thyme and Honey Orchid Red)
Ingredients
6x Cherries
3 sprigs of thyme
1 tsp Honey
Ice
Honey Orchid Red Sparkling Tea

Method

Halve the cherries and add them to a tall glass along with thyme leaves and 1 tsp of honey. Muddle ingredients together. Fill the glass with ice and top with chilled Honey Orchid Red sparkling tea.

Pour and strain mixture into a serving glass. Garnish with a cherry and a sprig of thyme.

PASSIONFLOWER
(Passionfruit, pineapple and Jasmine Pearl)

Ingredients
1 passionfruit
2 slices of pineapple
Juice of ½  lime
Bunch of mint leaves
Jasmine Pearl Sparkling Tea

Method

Halve passionfruit and scoop the pulp into a tall glass. Add in the pineapple slices and squeeze in the lime juice. Clap a handful of mint leaves and add them to the glass. Muddle and mix together. Add ice and pour in the Jasmine Pearl sparkling tea. Stir.

Pour and strain mixture into a serving glass and top with more Jasmine Pearl sparkling tea as needed.

DIRTY JASMINE
(Olives and Jasmine Pearl)

Ingredients
3x Green olives + brine (approx. 26ml)
Small wedge of lemon
Thyme sprigs
Ice
Jasmine Pearl Sparkling Tea (150ml)

Method

Combine olive brine, a few thyme leaves and squeeze of lemon into a tall glass. Fill with ice and top with Jasmine Pearl sparkling tea. Stir and garnish with olives and thyme sprig.
